Yocale.ai Inc. (CSE: YAI) (OTC: YOAIF) (Frankfurt: K4G), the AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, has launched next-generation Yocale Invoicing, now the layer through which sales, integrated payments and balances flow inside the Yocale operating system. The move expands the company's commerce and financial infrastructure while strengthening the connected data foundation across its platform, allowing salons, medspas, and wellness businesses to invoice clients and track outstanding balances in the same system they use to manage appointments.
The significance of this launch lies in how it addresses the unique transaction patterns of beauty and wellness businesses, which rely heavily on repeat business and multi-visit payment cycles. According to the American Med Spa Association's 2024 Medical Spa State of the Industry Report, 73% of patients in medical aesthetics are repeat patients. Over the course of that relationship, a client books services, buys products, leaves balances outstanding and pays across several visits, and no single appointment record captures it. Yocale Invoicing extends the transaction workflow beyond the booked appointment, enabling sales to start at the front desk, in the treatment room, or from a client profile.
The system handles a broad range of sales: a service, a retail product, or both on the same invoice; split payments; or multiple clients under a single payer, with each service still attached to the person who received it. Unlike a traditional appointment checkout, Yocale Invoicing can operate independently of a booking while still staying connected to the broader client and business workflow. Every transaction runs through the same workflow as a booked appointment and lands on the same operational record, giving businesses a connected view of staff sales performance, commissions, product trends and client purchase history.
"We didn’t want to simply add an invoice screen to an appointment platform,” said Aydin Asli, Chief Executive Officer of Yocale.ai. "Sales in this industry don't wait for a booking. They happen at the front desk, in the treatment room, halfway through a course of treatments. We built for how these businesses actually sell, not how software assumes they do. We're expanding the financial infrastructure within Yocale to support a much broader commerce experience over time."
As more transaction activity is managed inside Yocale, the platform becomes more central to how a business operates, creating additional opportunities across software, commerce and embedded financial services. The launch further advances Yocale.ai's embedded-fintech strategy for the beauty and wellness industry. Yocale Invoicing is available to Yocale customers today, as a standalone invoicing and point-of-sale solution or as part of the broader Yocale platform. The company's technology has supported thousands of service providers across more than 22 countries, and with this expansion, Yocale.ai aims to deepen its role in the financial operations of beauty and wellness businesses.
