XMax Inc. (NASDAQ: XWIN), traditionally a furniture designer and health improvement product maker, is rapidly transforming into an artificial intelligence player. The company recently secured a $4.8 million API agreement, providing a customer access to its AI models at roughly $400,000 per month. This deal, inked in early May, marks a significant milestone in the commercialization of XMax’s AI platform, which was deployed in April in collaboration with Cloud Alliance Inc. and is now fully operational on AWS infrastructure.
XMax anticipates AI-related revenue exceeding $30 million within the next six to twelve months. The company is in talks with three other potential customers, paving the way to achieve this forecast. Equity Research, a Wall Street firm, initiated coverage with a buy rating, calling XMax “one of the most compelling small-cap AI platform stories in the current public market.”
The launch of consumer-facing portal aimax.com and enterprise platform ai.xmax.com further solidifies XMax’s AI identity. Equity Research noted these websites provide a public entry point for AI commercialization and project a unified technology-first narrative. The firm sees a credible path for XMax to be added to the Russell 2000 during its June 2026 reconstitution, potentially attracting institutional investors.
Beyond AI, XMax has deployed $33.6 million into funds holding SpaceX shares, including a $5.6 million stake in Preamble X Capital I. This investment comes just weeks before SpaceX’s anticipated IPO, expected in June 2026 at a valuation of $1.75 trillion to $2 trillion. Equity Research views this as “one of the most consequential value events” in XMax’s history.
XMax also filed a $1 billion universal shelf registration with the SEC, providing firepower to expand infrastructure, pursue acquisitions, and accelerate AI deployment. Meanwhile, its legacy furniture business remains resilient, with net sales for 2025 up 73% year-over-year to $16.7 million, driven by a 102% increase in average selling prices.
CEO Xiaohua Lu emphasized that the API deal validates both the technical strength of XMax’s infrastructure and growing market demand for scalable AI solutions. With strategic stakes in a landmark IPO, recurring AI revenue, and a substantial war chest, XMax is positioning itself as a diversified operating platform demanding market attention.
