Wacker Neuson SE announced on July 20, 2026, that Christoph Burkhard, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down from the Executive Board by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026, after more than five years of service. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions to sustainable development and organizational structures.
Hans Neunteufel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Burkhard for his excellent cooperation and wished him success in future endeavors. Reinhard Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, will assume the CFO role effective September 1, 2026. Frisch has been with the Wacker Neuson Group since 2004 and held various leadership roles in Germany and abroad, including serving as CFO of Wacker Neuson North America.
Neunteufel expressed pleasure in appointing an executive with extensive international experience from within the organization. The Wacker Neuson Group, an international network of companies employing around 5,800 people, generated revenue of approximately EUR 2.2 billion in fiscal year 2025. The company manufactures light and compact equipment for construction, gardening, landscaping, agriculture, municipal bodies, recycling, and rail transport, under brands including Wacker Neuson, Kramer, Weidemann, and Enar.
