The Harvest Table Prepares U.S. Launch of Whole-Food Wellness Products

The Harvest Table, a South African wellness brand founded by Catherine Clark in 2017, is preparing to enter the United States market with a focus on whole-food nutrition and ingredient transparency. The company, which has grown from a small family venture into a respected brand in South Africa, plans to introduce several of its popular formulations to American consumers.

Our philosophy has always been simple: Good nutrition should be honest, effective, and easy to trust, said Catherine Clark, Founder of The Harvest Table. We started The Harvest Table to create products that people could feel confident using every day, made with ingredients they recognize and understand.

The brand emphasizes clean, recognizable ingredients and straightforward formulations designed for consistent daily use. Rather than building products around trends, The Harvest Table focuses on foundational nutrition that supports long-term wellbeing. This approach has helped the company build a loyal customer base in South Africa among consumers seeking dependable wellness products.

Founder Catherine Clark originally began developing the formulations after struggling to find transparent, nutrient-dense nutrition products aligned with her own health priorities. What began as small batches prepared for family and friends gradually evolved into a full manufacturing operation centered on ingredient integrity and consistency.

As part of its planned U.S. launch, The Harvest Table expects to introduce several of its most popular formulations, including collagen and plant-based protein products. The initial U.S. lineup is expected to include Bovine Collagen Granules 350 g Pouch, Multi Collagen Granules 350 g Pouch, Multi Collagen Radiance 350 g Pouch, and Vegan Protein Powder 550 g Pouch. These formulations are designed to support everyday nutritional needs including skin health, joint mobility, digestion, and overall vitality through highly bioavailable nutrients.

All The Harvest Table products are manufactured in-house at the company's custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where the brand maintains full control over sourcing, formulation, and quality. The facility passes annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, meets GMP manufacturing requirements, is recognized as a Food Safe Facility, and is Halaal-certified by the Muslim Judicial Council (MJC).

Products entering the U.S. market are gluten-free and biodegradable, and export products are Halaal-certified at the product level by the National Independent Halaal Trust (NIHT). Sustainability is emphasized through recyclable packaging and responsible manufacturing practices.

The Harvest Table remains a family-run company that prioritizes people, quality, and sustainability. The business supports more than 50 families through its operations and emphasizes responsible production practices, including recyclable packaging and environmentally conscious manufacturing. Our goal has never been to chase trends, said Sam Clark, CEO of The Harvest Table. We focus on creating simple, nutrient-dense products that support everyday health. As we prepare for our U.S. launch, we look forward to sharing our approach to wellness with a broader community of consumers.

The company's U.S. expansion reflects growing consumer demand for transparent, clean-label nutrition products built around ingredient integrity and simplicity. For more information, visit The Harvest Table website, and their Instagram and Facebook channels.
