The Harvest Table, a South African wellness brand founded by Catherine Clark, is preparing for its U.S. market entry by highlighting its philosophy of clean-label, whole-food nutrition. The company emphasizes that its products are designed for everyday use with recognizable ingredients, avoiding fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, and dyes.
Collagen has gained popularity among wellness consumers, but The Harvest Table positions its offerings as part of a broader approach to daily nourishment rather than a trend. The product range targets foundational systems including gut health, joint mobility, skin integrity, and overall energy through highly bioavailable nutrients.
The initial U.S. lineup is expected to include Bovine Collagen Granules, Multi Collagen Granules, Multi Collagen Radiance, and Vegan Protein Powder, all in pouch formats. These products are intended to support wellbeing through nutrition and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The brand was inspired by Clark's personal health journey after a Hodgkin's Lymphoma diagnosis, leading her to create nutrient-dense products that began as small batches for family and friends and grew into a full manufacturing operation. Today, The Harvest Table remains family-run and manufactures all products in-house at its custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Manufacturing standards include annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, GMP requirements, recognition as a Food Safe Facility, and Halaal certification by the Muslim Judicial Council (MJC). Products entering the U.S. are gluten-free, biodegradable, and Halaal-certified by the National Independent Halaal Trust (NIHT). Sustainability is emphasized through recyclable packaging and responsible practices.
CEO Sam Clark stated, 'Our goal has never been to chase trends. We focus on creating simple, nutrient-dense products designed for everyday use.' The company expects to announce availability timing and additional details about its U.S. rollout soon. For more information, visit The Harvest Table website.
