The Supervisory Board of Steyr Motors AG (ISIN AT0000A3FW25), a global leader in customized engines for defense and civil applications, has expanded its Management Board to two members as planned. Effective 1 June 2026, Bjorn Krausmann will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a three-year term, joining CEO Julian Cassutti to lead the company’s growth strategy.
The appointment marks a significant step in the company’s organizational development, reflecting its increasing internationalization. Krausmann brings extensive experience in senior financial roles, corporate development, transformation, and M&A, most recently from a leadership position at the Pfleiderer Group.
