SPARC AI Inc. (CSE: SPAI) (OTCQB: SPAIF) (Frankfurt: 5OV0) announced it has engaged Ukraine-based CFC Defence to lead the company’s market-entry and strategic-engagement program across Ukraine’s defense ecosystem. The move advances SPARC AI’s efforts to deploy its Overwatch GPS-denied navigation and targeting platform, following a series of recently announced milestones including agreements with Ukrainian drone manufacturers, the appointment of a local sales agent, expansion of business development and engineering teams, legal support arrangements and plans to establish a physical office in Ukraine.
Under the agreement, CFC Defence will help identify and engage key Ukrainian military, government and defense-industry stakeholders while supporting capability validation, product integration and commercial deployment efforts. The advisory team will also assist SPARC AI in expanding its network of Ukrainian UAV manufacturers by facilitating software integrations, coordinating joint testing and organizing field demonstrations designed to validate Overwatch’s performance on operational platforms.
The engagement underscores the critical need for GPS-denied navigation capabilities in modern warfare, particularly in conflict zones like Ukraine where electronic warfare and GPS jamming are prevalent. SPARC AI’s software-only platform transforms low-cost inertial sensors already inside commercial drones into precision instruments without additional hardware, external signals, or complex integration, making it a cost-effective solution for drone operations at scale.
