Braider Chassie Bell proudly announces the grand opening of Slayed by CBella in the Salon and Spa Galleria Bridgewood in Fort Worth, Texas. Bell's passion for braiding began in her youth, learning from her grandmother.
"I learned by watching my grandmother," Bell said. "I was in sixth grade, and she showed me how it was done. That's how I got my start."
Initially a medical assistant, Bell pursued braiding on the side before deciding to turn her passion into a full-time career. "This isn't a job for me," Bell said. "I enjoy what I do, and it's more of a passion. When I see the results of my hard work, and the wonderful feeling my clients experience when they have a new look, it's easy to see I'm doing the right thing."
Bell prioritizes healthy hair, including shampoo and conditioner with every braiding service. Slayed by CBella is currently accepting new clients by appointment only, with early-morning appointments starting at 5 a.m. Mon.-Sat., and last appointments at 4:30 p.m.
