SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), a smart home platform technology company, provided a corporate update highlighting new product launches, a collaboration with NVIDIA, and $29 million in recent investments from fundamental institutions. The company reported that its revenues have increased for seven consecutive comparable quarters from Q1 2024 through Q3 2025 and expects continued growth.
SKYX announced a collaboration with the NVIDIA AI Ecosystem Connect Program and expects to expand this collaboration into its existing and future smart home projects. The company also launched its patented advanced SKYFAN and Turbo Heater at Home Depot, including a new SkyPlug branding page on homedepot.com. Additionally, SKYX recently launched its Turbo Heater Fan at Target, Walmart, Lowe’s, and on its e-commerce platform comprising 60 websites.
SKYX expects to deploy over 100,000 of its products into homes and units by the end of 2026 through retail and professional segments. The company anticipates securing significant business opportunities in 2026, including supplying its advanced and smart home technologies to projects such as a North Carolina smart home community, developments in Austin, San Antonio, and Miami’s new $4 billion smart city, as well as projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. SKYX expects to deploy over 1 million units of its plug-and-play technologies across these projects.
The company’s safety code standardization team, led by former National Electrical Code head Mark Earley and former American Lighting Association president Eric Jacobson, continues progress toward mandatory safety standardization of its ceiling outlet technology. The team believes it has met necessary safety conditions for becoming a ceiling safety standardization requirement for homes and buildings, citing product specification approval voting by ANSI/NEMA and inclusion in 10 segments of the NEC Code Book.
SKYX also reported strengthening its balance sheet with over $33 million in cash raised since September 30, 2025, including a $25 million investment from a fundamental institution at $2.50 per share with no warrants. The company has extended and converted $13.5 million in notes due, with maturities extended to 2030. The Shaner Group, owner of Marriott hotels, led a $16.5 million round after SKYX demonstrated its technology during a Marriott renovation.
The company plans to launch a new AI-driven software for its e-commerce platform, expected to increase conversion rates and sales by up to 30%. SKYX continues to expand its market penetration and expects to deploy over 100,000 products into homes by end of 2026. The company secured strategic manufacturing partnerships in the U.S., Vietnam, Taiwan, China, and Cambodia.
SKYX’s technologies provide opportunities for recurring revenues through interchangeability, upgrades, AI services, monitoring, and subscriptions. The company operates on a "Razor & Blades" model, with its ceiling outlet as the razor and plug-and-play products such as lighting, fans, and smart home devices as blades. SKYX estimates its total addressable market in the U.S. at roughly $500 billion, with over 4.2 billion ceiling applications.
