Silvercorp Metals Reports Second-Highest Revenue in Company History on Strong Silver and Gold Prices

Silvercorp Metals Inc. (NYSE American/TSX: SVM) reported its second-highest quarterly revenue in 18 years, reaching $83.3 million for the period ended September 30, 2025. The 23% year-over-year increase was fueled by higher market prices for gold and silver, as well as increased production from the company's Ying Mining District in China.

During the quarter, Silvercorp sold approximately 1.66 million ounces of silver, 2,033 ounces of gold, 14.75 million pounds of lead, and 5.67 million pounds of zinc. Gold sales rose 64% year-over-year, though silver remained the primary revenue driver, accounting for 67% of quarterly revenue. The company attributed the strong performance to operational efficiencies and favorable market conditions.

Looking ahead, Silvercorp expects a sharp increase in ore mined at Ying during the current quarter, from 265,000 metric tons to approximately 346,000 metric tons. This ramp-up is anticipated to further boost production volumes and revenue.

In addition to its Chinese operations, Silvercorp made significant progress at the El Domo project in Ecuador. Material cut for site preparation, roads, and channel construction increased by 249%, signaling advancement toward development. The El Domo project is expected to diversify the company's asset base and provide additional growth opportunities.

The company's financial results underscore the impact of rising precious metal prices on mining profitability. Silvercorp's ability to increase production in response to favorable pricing has positioned it to capitalize on the current commodity cycle. Investors and analysts will be watching for continued operational momentum and cost management in upcoming quarters.
