Silver Crown Royalties Reports Record Quarterly Revenue in Q1 2026, Eyes Positive Cash Flow

Silver Crown Royalties Inc. (Cboe:SCRI, OTCQX:SLCRF, BF:QS0) announced its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026, reporting record quarterly royalty revenue of $665,854. This represents a 119% increase compared to $304,408 in the same quarter of 2025. The company attributed the growth to improved production from its royalty partners and strategic initiatives undertaken earlier in the year.

The company also reported a total loss of $654,071 for the quarter, an improvement from a loss of $2,913,156 in the fourth quarter of 2025, though higher than the $353,235 loss in Q1 2025. The increased loss compared to the prior-year quarter is likely due to higher operating expenses associated with growth activities.

Peter Bures, SCRi’s Chief Executive Officer, commented on the transformative nature of the quarter: “The first quarter of this year was transformative for our Company as we generated record quarterly revenues and we welcomed Michael Gentile to our Advisory team.” Mr. Gentile, a prominent mining investor, was appointed as Strategic Advisor to strengthen the company’s royalty sourcing capabilities and capital markets expertise. His investment came through two strategic private placements closed in early 2026.

The company ended the quarter with over C$15 million in cash and silver bullion, plus an additional C$20 million in in-the-money warrants. Management expects to generate positive cash flow from operations in the current quarter, driven by improved production profiles at royalty partners' operations and the commencement of minimum delivery ounce payment obligations at PPX Mining’s Igor 4 Project.
