SDR Drone, Inc. (formerly Hallmark Venture Group Inc., OTC: HLLK) is advancing a common technology architecture that moves across missions by changing payload and software rather than rebuilding the aircraft. Developed over more than three decades by South Korea-based Sundori Drone, the platform spans 13 production models across eight application domains, from tactical operations and wildfire surveillance to agriculture and heavy-lift logistics.

The SDR-ONE integrated motherboard combines flight control, controllers, and communications on a single circuit board, reducing component count by 40% and production cost by roughly 30% against discrete-board designs. This approach addresses a key challenge in the rapidly expanding commercial and defense drone market: fragmented fleets built for single purposes. South Korea alone has redirected roughly KRW 3.3 trillion (about $2.14 billion) once earmarked for attack-helicopter programs toward drone procurement and authorized an additional $2.4 billion for drone-related spending.

At the center of the platform is the SDR Multi Flight Control System, an AI-enabled architecture that supports autonomous operation, formation flight, collision avoidance, and coordinated fleets. Leader-follower tracking and one-touch controls put multiple aircraft into W, V, I, and custom patterns. The technology serves programs across the Korean Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, and Fire Department and has trained more than 10,000 pilots.

By standardizing on one architecture, SDR Drone aims to reduce the operational complexity and cost of managing diverse drone fleets. Instead of requiring different airframes, communications packages, and control systems for each mission, a single platform can be adapted by swapping payloads and updating software.
