Sauce, a first-party ordering and delivery platform for independent restaurants, has announced an integration with Apple Business Connect, a free tool that lets businesses control how their information appears across Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri, Mail, and other apps. The integration aims to give Sauce restaurant partners greater control over their Apple Maps place cards, ensuring that hours, photos, and promotions remain accurate and engaging, thereby simplifying how customers connect with their favorite restaurants.
Li-ran Navon, CEO and Founder of Sauce, emphasized that stronger visibility across Apple's tools creates a smoother path from discovery to ordering. “This integration fits perfectly with our mission to help restaurants take control of their brand and customer relationships and online presence,” Navon said. “From digital discovery to ordering to delivery, Sauce now helps restaurants own every touchpoint of the customer journey.”
Restaurants using Sauce will benefit from a streamlined way to reach diners across Apple apps. The integration includes access to Apple Business Connect’s Insights feature, which provides data on how customers discover and interact with the restaurant's place card. These metrics help restaurants refine promotions, tailor offers, and understand which listings generate the most engagement. Elliot Hool, VP of Marketing at Sauce, noted that Apple Business Connect adds an important new layer to Sauce's end-to-end platform. “We’re evolving beyond delivery to become the complete ecosystem for restaurant management and growth,” Hool said.
The integration began rolling out to Sauce partners in phases starting December 2025. Restaurants can register for Apple Business Connect for free here and link their account through Sauce to manage their presence across Apple’s ecosystem.
