Safe Pro Group's SpotlightAI Technology Boosts Humanitarian Demining Productivity in Ukraine by Over 800%, Study Finds

Safe Pro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAI) has announced the preliminary results of an 18-month field study demonstrating the impact of its SpotlightAI(TM) technology on humanitarian demining in Ukraine. The study, conducted alongside Norwegian People's Aid (NPA), showed that the AI-powered drone imagery analysis improved demining productivity by over 800% and detected 550% more unexploded ordnance (UXO) compared to traditional methods. Additionally, the technology reduced costs associated with demining operations.

The findings were presented at the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) Innovation Conference 2025 in Luxembourg. The study compared the performance of non-technical survey (NTS) teams using Safe Pro's solution against teams using pre-existing methodologies. The results underscore the potential of artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency and safety of humanitarian demining efforts, particularly in conflict-affected regions like Ukraine.

Safe Pro Group, a leader in advanced AI-powered security and defense solutions, highlighted that the SpotlightAI technology enables faster and more accurate identification of hazardous areas, allowing demining teams to prioritize their efforts and reduce the risk of accidents. The technology processes drone-captured imagery to detect and classify UXO, providing actionable intelligence to field teams.

The study's outcomes are significant for the humanitarian demining community, as they demonstrate a scalable solution to address the vast contamination of landmines and unexploded ordnance in Ukraine. The improved productivity and cost savings could accelerate the clearance of land, making it safe for civilian use and supporting post-conflict recovery.
