Royalty Management Invests in SAGINT to Enhance Commodity Traceability via Blockchain

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) announced today its participation in an investment round for SAGINT Inc., a Chicago-based technology company specializing in compliant blockchain solutions for commodities. The investment aims to support SAGINT's deployment of tokenization that creates verifiable digital warehouse receipts and traceable digital assets, initially focusing on critical and rare earth minerals.

SAGINT's platform enables tokenization, lifecycle management, and decentralized trading with real-time settlement, regulatory compliance, and transparent audit trails. This allows purchasers to verify that commodities are not sourced from conflict regions or countries of concern, addressing growing demand for supply chain resilience, especially for rare earth minerals produced outside China.

Royalty Management will also leverage SAGINT's platform across its own portfolio companies to differentiate operations and enhance services. Thomas Sauve, CEO of Royalty Management, stated, "With increased attention on rare earth minerals, users seek verification that elements are not produced in China or other countries of concern. SAGINT's tokenization provides traceability from source to end user, giving comfort to industry and government users."

Jacob Clayton, CEO of SAGINT, added, "Royalty Management's strategic focus on resource royalties aligns with our mission to deliver secure, transparent digital asset solutions. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation in critical minerals."

Royalty Management's investment is conditional upon due diligence and is expected to close in early 2026. For more information, visit SAGINT's website or Royalty Management's website.
