Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) reported its audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting a substantial increase in revenues and investment income. Total revenues, interest income, and income from investments rose 431% to over $5.1 million, compared to approximately $965,000 in 2024. This growth was primarily fueled by additional contractor services revenue from the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, RMC Environmental Services LLC.
The Company’s total assets grew approximately 11% to over $16.6 million from about $15 million at the end of 2024. Stockholders’ equity remained relatively stable at approximately $13.7 million, compared to $13.6 million the prior year. In 2025, Royalty Management commenced an annual $0.01 per common share dividend, paid quarterly, which is continuing through 2026.
Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer, noted that 2025 was a year of strengthening existing portfolio holdings and initiating new investments with potential for outsized returns. One notable investment was an agreement with ReElement Technologies to develop patents for refining and separation technologies. Under this agreement, Royalty Management will receive royalties on refined element sales. “We mention this new investment as we feel it’s an exciting development that has the potential to be a meaningful contribution to our portfolio and revenues,” Sauve said.
The Company also formalized its cryptocurrency and data center investments under its subsidiary, The Vault Holdings Corporation, which initiated a capital raise in late 2025 through convertible debt. Additionally, Royalty Management filed a Form S-3 shelf registration to opportunistically raise capital for acquisitions, though no draws were made as of year-end.
Select portfolio holdings include interests in ReElement Technologies, RMC Environmental Services, Ferrox Holdings Ltd., TR Mining, Advanced Magnet Lab, and Heart Water. The Company’s focus remains on resource extraction and intellectual property surrounding resources, particularly rare earth elements and critical minerals.
Despite the revenue growth, the Company reported a net loss of $726,891 for 2025, compared to a net loss of $114,261 in 2024, largely due to a $584,132 loss on warrant fair value adjustment. Operating expenses remained relatively flat at approximately $1.1 million.
