RocketDocs, a response management platform for proposals and questionnaires, has released version 2.66.0, featuring bulk team assignment capabilities. The update aims to streamline project kickoffs by allowing knowledge management teams to assign entire groups of collaborators at once, eliminating the manual administrative overhead typically required to initialize complex responses.
According to Gary Murry, VP of Product and Engineering, the release focuses on reducing friction for high-velocity proposal teams. “Offering the option for bulk group assignments we are removing the ‘initialization bottleneck’ and giving users the granular control they need to scale their collaborative efforts instantly,” Murry said.
The new feature provides project managers with greater granular control over workflows. While individual member assignment remains available, the bulk group function offers an alternative for teams that need to mobilize entire departments quickly. Perry Robinson, CEO and Chairman, emphasized the time-saving aspect: “When you’re managing complex RFPs for regulated industries, every hour counts. This release is about making sure our customers spend their time winning deals, not configuring projects. It’s a small change that compounds fast for teams running dozens of responses at once.”
RocketDocs has released a comprehensive video walkthrough detailing this feature and other updates included in version 2.66.0. The platform is designed to help organizations manage proposals, RFPs, and security questionnaires more efficiently.
