ResProp Management has entered into an agreement with DevCo Residential Group to assume management of eight multifamily communities across Texas, expanding its statewide presence in the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio metropolitan areas. The move, announced July 29, 2026, adds affordable housing options to ResProp's growing portfolio and underscores the company's commitment to serving eligible residents through specialized property management.
The newly transitioned portfolio includes four communities in Dallas: Rosemont of Lancaster, The Mondello, Rosemont at Ash Creek, and The Positano; two in Houston: Brookside Gardens and Park at Humble; and two in San Antonio: Costa Almadena and Tigoni Villas. All eight properties provide affordable housing opportunities for qualified applicants, representing a significant addition to ResProp's affordable housing management platform.
