In the relentless pursuit of new business, companies often neglect the customers they already have, only to scramble when renewals are at risk. A new HubSpot app, Renewal Radar, aims to change that by surfacing accounts that may be slipping through the cracks.
Sales teams invest heavily in pipelines, forecasts, and follow-up sequences to win new customers. But once a deal is closed, the same level of attention rarely continues. Renewal dates and customer activity may be scattered across deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions, and custom objects in HubSpot, making it difficult to spot when a customer is becoming disengaged. The result is a costly disconnect: a company may know when a customer is due for renewal but fail to act before the relationship deteriorates.
Renewal Radar, developed by Sighub, addresses this problem by working with data already in HubSpot. It scans customer accounts, identifies the strongest renewal signals, and checks whether recent activity suggests the customer is receiving attention. When a customer appears overlooked, the app surfaces the account so the responsible team can take action.
"Companies put enormous effort into winning new customers, but existing customers can become surprisingly easy to overlook once the deal is closed," said Ulaş Arslan, founder of Sighub. "Customers notice that long before a renewal is officially at risk. We built Renewal Radar to help teams spot that gap while there is still time to do something about it."
Designed as a lightweight layer on top of HubSpot, Renewal Radar does not require moving customer data to another platform. It monitors renewal information across multiple HubSpot sources while considering recent customer activity. When an account requires attention, the app can create a focused task for the responsible team, and the alert resolves when the situation is addressed.
The app is aimed at Customer Success and RevOps teams that manage customers in HubSpot but do not want to introduce a separate enterprise customer success platform. For companies focused on growth, the question is not only how many new customers they are winning, but whether existing customers still feel valued.
Renewal Radar is now available for HubSpot users through sighub.io and the HubSpot App Marketplace.
