The Coconut Truffle combines chocolate and coconut in a layered cake featuring moist chocolate sponge, silky ganache, and a centre of coconut cream. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic as a cake, with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, featuring vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs.
For those seeking a smaller indulgence, all three summer flavours are also available as individual dessert cups. This option allows customers to sample the seasonal collection without committing to a full cake.
