The Puerto Rico Real Estate Summit is set to return for its second edition on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, as announced by RED Atlas, Puerto Rico's specialized real estate data platform. Following a successful inaugural event that attracted over 300 participants, the 2026 summit will feature an expanded agenda and increased institutional representation, positioning itself as a strategic meeting point for professionals driving real estate development, investment, and planning on the island.
The event will bring together leaders from the public and private sectors, including institutional investors, developers, banking executives, builders, and decision-makers in public policy and strategy. Discussions will focus on the key real estate sectors powering Puerto Rico's economic development, such as hospitality, infrastructure, industrial and commercial development, and tourism.
