Praxis Releases 'Real Impact Report 2025' Highlighting Stewardship Investing Strategies

Praxis Investment Management, a faith-based investment manager and a company of Everence, has released its annual impact report, "Real Impact Report 2025." The sixth edition highlights how stewardship investing creates tangible outcomes through facts, figures, stories, and examples. The report also includes an excerpt from the firm's research on faith-based investing published earlier in 2025.

"More than ever, we think it's important to leverage as many impact strategies as possible," writes Praxis President Chad Horning, CFA, in the report's introduction. "Our work in advocacy and education, corporate engagement and proxy voting help deliver change at a global level. At the same time, we touch specific communities through our impact bond and community investing strategies."

The report is organized around the Praxis ImpactX framework, which comprises seven distinct impact strategies. Values + Risk Screening excludes 3.8% to 23.4% of companies in stock indices. Proxy Voting saw Praxis vote on nearly 18,000 proposals on behalf of shareholders in 2025. Sustainability Integration involves investing in or overweighting companies that better represent core values. Positive Impact Bonds accounted for 35% of holdings in the diversified Praxis Impact Bond Fund as of Dec. 31, 2025. Company Engagement included direct engagement with over 20 companies on issues such as human rights, child labor, and Creation care. Advocacy and Education included participation in Freedom to Investment, which outlined why investors factor financially material considerations like environmental and human rights impacts into investment decisions. Community Development Investing, in partnership with Calvert Impact and Capital Impact Partners, invested more than $25.8 million as of December 2025.

"2025 was a big year for Praxis—we launched our first two ETFs and published research that proved what we know to be true: that investors want to align their faith with their values," said Mark Regier, Vice President of Stewardship Investing. "We thank everyone in the Praxis community for making real-world impact possible as we invest together."
