Partners Group Shareholders Approve All Proposals at 2026 AGM

Partners Group Holding AG announced that its shareholders approved all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today in Baar-Zug, Switzerland. The approvals cover financial and non-financial reporting, dividend distribution, discharge of management, compensation, and board elections.

Shareholders approved the 2025 Annual Report, including the management report, consolidated financial statements, and standalone financial statements. The 2025 non-financial report (Sustainability Report) was also approved. This endorsement underscores the company's commitment to transparency and sustainable practices.

A cash dividend of CHF 46.00 per share for fiscal year 2025 was approved, with payment scheduled for May 27, 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend from May 22, 2026 onward. The net dividend after a 35% Swiss withholding tax will be distributed accordingly.

Shareholders granted discharge to the Board of Directors and Executive Team for their activities in the 2025 fiscal year, and approved the 2025 Compensation Report in a consultative vote. All compensation-related agenda items, including budgets for the Board and Executive Team, were also approved.

In elections, Steffen Meister was re-confirmed as Executive Chairman, and all other Board members were re-elected for a one-year term ending at the next ordinary AGM in 2027. Gaelle Olivier will continue as Lead Independent Director. Additionally, Flora Zhao, Anne Lester, and Gaelle Olivier were re-elected to the Nomination & Compensation Committee, with Flora Zhao confirmed as Chairwoman.

HotzGoldmann Advokatur/Notariat in Baar was re-elected as independent proxy, and PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich, was re-elected as statutory auditors. Detailed voting results will be available at www.partnersgroup.com/AGM in the coming days.
