Olenox Industries Reports Strong Q2 Growth, Advances Energy-to-Compute Strategy

Olenox Industries (NASDAQ: OLOX) released its shareholder letter highlighting a substantial increase in quarterly revenue and outlining its strategic direction toward an integrated energy-to-compute platform. The company reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $2.1 million, a 194% increase from $721,000 in the same period last year. Total assets grew to $64.2 million, up 78% from December 31, 2025, while stockholders' equity rose 155% to $19.4 million.

The revenue growth is largely attributed to the acquisition of CS Digital Ventures in May, which has already contributed to the company's operations. During June and July, Olenox produced an average of approximately 17 bitcoin per month. The company's long-term strategy involves transitioning these operations from third-party hosting to company-controlled facilities that utilize behind-the-meter generation, reducing reliance on external power sources and potentially lowering operational costs.

Olenox is also progressing on its proposed acquisition of Wildboy Holdings and IPD Industries. Due diligence is ongoing, including an independent engineering evaluation of certain assets. If the transaction is completed and other conditions are met, Olenox plans to evaluate the initial development of a 20-megawatt bitcoin-mining and hosting facility. This acquisition could provide additional natural-gas, power, grid, and fiber infrastructure, which would support the broader energy-to-compute platform.

The company's strategy is to pursue development in phases, integrating recently acquired capabilities while expanding off-grid and behind-the-meter computing capacity. This approach aims to leverage existing energy properties to create a vertically integrated operation that spans energy production, digital infrastructure, and applied artificial intelligence.

This announcement is significant because it demonstrates Olenox's ability to grow revenue substantially and execute on its strategic vision. The shift from third-party hosting to company-controlled facilities could improve margins and provide more predictable cash flows. The potential acquisition of Wildboy Holdings and IPD Industries would expand the company's asset base and infrastructure, positioning it to capitalize on the growing demand for high-density computing and AI applications.

Investors and industry observers will be watching to see if Olenox can continue this momentum and successfully integrate the proposed acquisitions. The company's focus on behind-the-meter power and energy-to-compute aligns with broader trends in the energy sector, where companies are seeking to monetize their assets through digital infrastructure.
