Olenox Industries (NASDAQ: OLOX) has appointed Kimberly Hawley as interim chief financial officer, effective July 24, 2026, following the previously disclosed departure of former CFO Tricia Kaelin. Hawley brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across the energy, oil and gas, logistics, manufacturing and technology sectors and will continue serving as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of Vivakor Inc. while assuming the interim role at Olenox.
The company said Hawley has extensive experience in SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and strategic financings, including securing more than $120 million for infrastructure projects. Olenox said her appointment is expected to support the company’s ongoing growth strategy, acquisition integration efforts and financial reporting as it continues expanding its vertically integrated energy platform.
