Norman Love Confections, the award-winning chocolatier based in Fort Myers, Florida, has announced its 2025 Holiday Collection and Hanukkah Collection, set to launch November 10. The limited-edition assortments feature handcrafted chocolates inspired by traditional flavors, designed to capture the spirit of the season for holiday gifting and celebrations.
The Holiday Collection includes ten flavors such as Candy Cane (white chocolate with frosted candy cane ganache), Eggnog (white chocolate with dark rum), and S'More (milk chocolate with toasted marshmallows and graham crackers). Other offerings include White Christmas (milk chocolate with hazelnut, praline, and cinnamon), Gingerbread (milk chocolate with spiced gingerbread morsels), and Holiday Spiced Caramel (dark chocolate with buttery caramel and festive spice). The collection also features Jingle Bell Java (dark chocolate with rich coffee ganache), Snowflake (white chocolate with vanilla ganache and roasted almonds), Cranberry Cream Torte (dark chocolate with tart cranberries and sweet white chocolate), and Cinnamon Hot Chocolate (dark chocolate with cinnamon and chili).
The Hanukkah Collection includes eight flavors: Chocolate Babka (dark chocolate with chocolate and cinnamon streusel), Coconut Macaroon (dark chocolate with coconut macaroon center), Berry Cheese Blintz (white chocolate with raspberry and strawberry mascarpone), Black & White Cookie (white chocolate with sugar cookie and vanilla icing), Cinnamon Rugelach (dark chocolate with cinnamon rugelach filling), Vanilla (dark chocolate with vanilla filling), Tahitian Caramel (milk chocolate with Tahitian vanilla caramel), Sufganiyot (milk chocolate with raspberry-filled donut ganache), Chocolate Gelt (dark chocolate with a hint of salt), and Festival Orchard (milk chocolate with apple cinnamon ganache).
Beyond the boxed collections, Norman Love Confections will introduce a limited-edition edible Advent Calendar, offering a variety of seasonal treats for the countdown to Christmas. Additionally, handcrafted nutcrackers in milk, white, and dark chocolate, festive chocolate bars, party boxes, and reimagined gift baskets will be available.
