Nightfood added that the initiative complements its previously announced non-binding letter of intent to acquire a 51% controlling interest in JJ Enterprise in an all-stock transaction, which remains subject to definitive agreements, due diligence, audits and customary approvals.
This expansion comes at a time when the semiconductor industry faces ongoing supply chain pressures and rising demand for advanced packaging and automation solutions.
