Nicola Mining Secures $1 Million Strategic Investment Ahead of Planned NASDAQ Uplisting

Nicola Mining Inc. (TSXV: NIM) (FSE: HLIA) (OTCQB: HUSIF) has secured an additional $1 million strategic non-brokered private investment from Ocean Partners UK Limited, a move that the company says will strengthen its balance sheet as it prepares for a planned NASDAQ uplisting in the first quarter of 2026. The investment underscores growing institutional confidence in the junior mining company's assets and growth strategy.

Under the terms of the offering, Ocean Partners has agreed to purchase up to 1,111,112 units at $0.90 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one transferable warrant exercisable at $1.10 per share for a period of three years. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The funds will be used to support Nicola's operations and advancement of its projects.

Nicola Mining is a junior mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company maintains a 100% owned mill and tailings facility near Merritt, British Columbia, and has signed Mining and Milling Profit Share Agreements with high-grade gold projects. Its fully permitted mill can process both gold and silver feed via gravity and flotation processes.

The company also owns 100% of the New Craigmont Project, a high-grade copper property covering 10,913 hectares along the southern end of the Guichon Batholith, adjacent to Highland Valley Copper, Canada's largest copper mine. Additionally, Nicola owns 100% of the Treasure Mountain Property, which includes 30 mineral claims and a mineral lease spanning over 2,200 hectares.

The strategic investment from Ocean Partners, a global metals and mining company, is seen as a strong endorsement of Nicola's asset base and its potential for growth. The planned uplisting to NASDAQ in the first quarter of 2026 is expected to provide the company with access to a broader investor base and increased liquidity.
