Nevada Organic Phosphate Extends Strike Length at Murdock Mountain with Final 2025 Drill Hole

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE: NOP) has announced encouraging observations from the final drill hole of its 2025 program at the Murdock Mountain Property in Elko County, Nevada. Drill hole MM25-6 intersected 37.3 metres of favourable Meade Peak phosphate-bearing stratigraphy, extending the confirmed strike length of the zone to more than 1.4 kilometres. The company has paused drilling for winter and plans to resume in early 2026, with assay results to be released upon validation.

These results are significant because they continue to validate the scale and continuity of the phosphate mineralization at Murdock Mountain. The property hosts an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed that is 6.6 kilometres long, with additional applications extending the potential strike to over 30 kilometres. This is believed to be the only known large-scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America, positioning NOP as a potential key player in the domestic phosphate supply chain.

The implications of this announcement are far-reaching. Phosphate is a critical component in fertilizers, essential for global food production. With increasing demand for sustainable and organic farming inputs, organic sedimentary phosphate offers an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional mined phosphate. The proximity of the Murdock Mountain project to infrastructure—close to the main highway to Montello/Elko, Nevada, and near the rail head to California—enhances its development potential and reduces logistical costs.
