Ltd., Singapore. ERRL Pte. Ltd. is a well-established product safety testing laboratory that tests packaging materials for the transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with United Nations (UN) Recommendations. To ensure the continued accuracy and reliability of its testing operations, ERRL invited NCQC to carry out on-site calibration of critical laboratory instruments, including weighing balances, a deep freezer, and a stability chamber.
Performing calibration at a customer's facility requires advanced technical competence and strict adherence to internationally accepted procedures. For this project, NCQC utilized sophisticated equipment such as E1 and E2 class reference standard weights for weighing balance calibration and a high-precision temperature calibrator for temperature-controlled equipment. Throughout the process, NCQC maintained a Test Uncertainty Ratio (TUR) of approximately 4:1, ensuring all measurements met stringent accuracy requirements and internationally recognized metrological standards.
