According to the firm, a victim in personal injury law is someone who has suffered physical or psychological harm due to another's wrongful conduct. Attorney Howard D. Mishkind emphasized the firm's dedication to helping clients secure resources for recovery, stating, "We take pride in shouldering our clients' legal burdens so they can focus on healing."
