McEwen Inc. Schedules Q2 2026 Results Conference Call, Highlighting Copper and Gold Portfolio Progress

McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) has announced it will host a conference call on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11 a.m. EDT to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 and provide project updates. The call will include prepared remarks from management followed by a live question-and-answer session. Shareholders and other attendees can join via webcast, while analysts and participants wishing to ask questions by phone must register in advance. An archived replay will be available on McEwen's media page approximately two hours after the live event concludes.

This announcement comes at a pivotal time for the company, which has been advancing its portfolio of precious metals assets and a major copper development project. McEwen operates gold and silver mines in prolific mineral-rich regions, including the Cortez Trend in Nevada, the Timmins district in Ontario, Flin Flon in Manitoba, and the Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. The company is also reactivating its El Gallo Mine in Mexico, which is expected to add further production capacity.

One of the most significant developments for McEwen is its 46.3% interest in McEwen Copper, which owns the advanced-stage Los Azules copper project in San Juan province, Argentina. The project is designed to be one of the world's first regenerative copper mines and aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2038. Feasibility study results were released on October 7, 2025, and the implied value of McEwen's ownership interest is approximately US$456 million (US$7.67 per share), based on the last financing for McEwen Copper.

In addition to its copper and precious metals operations, McEwen recently acquired a 27.3% stake in Paragon Advanced Labs Inc., a public company deploying PhotonAssay units globally. This technology is poised to become the new industry standard for assaying precious and base metals, and Paragon aims to be a leading service provider in this space.

Chairman and Chief Owner Rob McEwen has invested over US$250 million personally and takes a salary of $1 per year, aligning his interests with shareholders. His objective is to build MUX's profitability, share value, and ultimately implement a dividend policy, as he did while building Goldcorp Inc. This commitment underscores the potential for long-term value creation for investors.

The upcoming conference call will provide an opportunity for management to elaborate on these projects and address investor questions. The company's focus on expanding its production base and advancing its copper project positions it to benefit from the growing demand for metals used in renewable energy and electric vehicles. Investors will be closely watching for updates on timelines, costs, and any strategic partnerships that may be in the works.
