McEwen Inc. Reports High-Grade Drill Results from Froome Mine, Expanding Mineralization by 100 Meters

McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) has reported new high-grade drill results from the Froome Mine at the Fox Complex in Timmins, Ontario, where four drills are now active at Froome West to pursue further expansion. The drilling extended higher-grade gold mineralization by 100 meters vertically, representing a 45% increase since July 2025, and confirmed that mineralization remains open at depth. Results also expanded gold zones up to 50 meters west and returned strong grades near existing underground infrastructure, supporting potential mine life extension, improved economics, and additional mining flexibility beginning in 2026.

These results are significant for McEwen as they indicate the potential for extending the life of the Froome Mine, which is part of the company's Fox Complex. The high-grade intercepts near existing infrastructure could allow for more efficient mining and improved cash flow. The company has been actively drilling at Froome West, with four drills currently operating, to delineate additional resources. The expansion of mineralization by 100 meters vertically since July demonstrates the growth potential of the deposit.

McEwen provides shareholders with exposure to gold, copper, and silver through its three mines in the USA, Canada, and Argentina, as well as a large advanced-stage copper development project in Argentina. The company also has a gold and silver mine on care and maintenance in Mexico. Its Los Azules copper project aims to become one of the world’s first regenerative copper mines and is committed to carbon neutrality by 2038.
