The Mad Hatter's July 4th Waterfront Festival will celebrate its 12th year on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at the Barbara Kondylis Waterfront Park in Vallejo, California. The event, produced by Hyperion Community Partners LLC in partnership with the City of Vallejo, is expected to attract thousands of attendees for a day of food, recreation, and entertainment.

The festival offers a variety of activities from daybreak to sundown, including the Annual Maritime Dog Parade, interactive exhibits with the Wholly Wackers (sheep) and rescued reptiles, a Kids Zone, giant kites, classic cars, cultural performances, and live music. Attendees can also explore an array of peddlers and merchants, food trucks, and wellness activities. The evening transitions into a family-friendly Night Market, featuring dining at an international food court, shopping, and live performances before the Lighted Sky Show brightens the sky with a grand finale in celebration of Independence Day's 250th anniversary.
