LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC), a diversified environmental solutions company, provided a shareholder update on March 19, 2026, highlighting new purchase orders for its BioPipe decentralized sewage and wastewater treatment systems in the Philippines and the pending acquisition of an environmental services company and its sister company.
The company's Philippines joint venture partner secured three new orders: a 5 cubic meters per day system for an electric vehicle distributor showroom, a 5 cubic meters per day system for a major international hotel brand, and a 10 cubic meters per day system for a national gas station network with over 1,000 company-owned locations. Additionally, a university ordered a 20 cubic meters per day system. Management views the gas station network order as particularly significant, as it could lead to a national-scale rollout. The pace of commercial activity in the Philippines has increased significantly, with inquiries and orders growing rapidly.
BioPipe units have been delivered to project sites in Spain and Crete, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. These projects will mark BioPipe's entry into the European market. The company earlier announced orders of 300 cubic meters per day from Greece and 10 cubic meters per day from Spain. Management is confident in on-time delivery and views successful completion as a foundation for further European business.
In Africa, the BioPipe unit for a major European country's embassy in Ethiopia has been fully procured and is awaiting logistics arrangements. This high-profile reference deployment demonstrates the system's suitability for diplomatic clients and is expected to catalyze interest across Africa, where efficient wastewater treatment infrastructure is limited.
The aggregate BioPipe bid and proposal pipeline has grown substantially over the last twelve months, spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. A large portion of the world's population lacks adequate sanitation, and regulatory pressures are driving demand for decentralized solutions like BioPipe.
Regarding the pending acquisition of an environmental services company and its sister company, LifeQuest expects the deal to close in the second quarter of 2026. The target company reported unaudited revenue of approximately $3.5 million and EBITDA of $250,000 for the fiscal year ended December 2025. The acquisition target has engaged Oberon Securities to raise up to $2 million in equipment financing for Power Knot LFC biodigesters to be deployed under a purchase-to-rental model, generating recurring revenue from hospitals, hotels, universities, and food processors. Management believes this acquisition will add immediate revenue and a scalable platform for growth in solid and organic waste management.
“The expected acquisition will be a significant step forward for LifeQuest,” management commented. “It adds immediate scale, operational depth, and multiple growth vectors to our portfolio. Combined with BioPipe's accelerating global commercial activity, we believe LifeQuest is building a unique environmental solutions platform with meaningful value creation potential for our shareholders.”
