LataMed AI Partners with Venezuela's CANTV to Expand Digital Healthcare Access

LataMed AI Corp. (OTC: LMED), a development-stage digital health and artificial intelligence technology company, announced that its Venezuelan operating affiliate, LataMed AI VE, has entered into a strategic commercial alliance with CANTV, Venezuela's state-run telecommunications provider. The partnership is designed to expand access to digital healthcare services throughout the country by integrating LataMed AI's mobile application and selected healthcare services into CANTV's product and service offerings.

Under the agreement, the parties intend to collaborate on making the LataMed AI platform available through CANTV's digital services, leveraging the telecom's extensive network to reach more patients and healthcare providers. Management believes this alliance represents a significant milestone in developing the Company's integrated healthcare ecosystem, combining digital health technologies with one of Venezuela's largest communications infrastructures. The relationship aims to improve accessibility to healthcare services via web-based platforms, mobile technologies, appointment coordination tools, and other digital initiatives currently under development.

Dr. Kevin Rodan Levy, CEO of LataMed AI Corp., stated: "This alliance represents another meaningful step in the continued development of our healthcare ecosystem. We believe improving access to healthcare begins with improving access to technology. Working alongside an established telecommunications provider provides an opportunity to expand the reach of our digital healthcare platform while supporting our long-term objective of making healthcare services more accessible, connected, and efficient for communities throughout Venezuela."

The Company believes that expanding digital distribution through established national infrastructure providers may support broader awareness of the LataMed AI platform while increasing accessibility to healthcare technologies for patients, providers, and other participants. This agreement complements LataMed AI's strategy of integrating telehealth infrastructure, healthcare coordination, pharmacy initiatives, insurance accessibility, digital payments, and AI-driven services into a unified ecosystem for emerging markets.

CANTV operates one of the country's largest telecommunications networks, and management views this relationship as an important opportunity to increase platform awareness and support the rollout of healthcare technologies through established digital infrastructure. Implementation activities are expected to occur in phases, with further updates on deployment milestones to be provided as progress is made.

The Company also extended its thoughts to those affected by the recent earthquake in Venezuela, acknowledging the challenges many communities continue to face and expressing gratitude to emergency responders and healthcare professionals.
