Iute Group Reports Delayed Coupon Payment on 2025/2030 Bonds, Assures Funds Were Transferred

Iute Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary IuteCredit Finance S.a r.l., announced on June 15, 2026, that while all obligations for the June 2026 coupon payment on its 12% Senior Secured EUR 2025/2030 Bonds (ISIN: XS3047514446) have been met, the payment has not yet been credited to all bondholders due to delays in the settlement process. The company emphasized that the required funds, approximately EUR 18 million, were transferred in accordance with the established payment process.

The payment was processed through the established settlement infrastructure involving the paying agent, BPER Luxembourg SA, and Banque Internationale a Luxembourg (BIL), acting as the Luxembourg central securities depository. Based on available information, the delayed crediting appears to be related to the subsequent settlement process within the international securities clearing systems. This is the first time such a disruption has occurred under the payment structure used since 2019, which has supported timely processing of all previous coupon and principal payments.

Iute Group is working with the relevant parties to support the completion of the payment process and will provide further updates as additional information becomes available. The company operates as a digital banking group focused on everyday financial services in Southeast Europe, serving customers in Albania, Bulgaria, Moldova, North Macedonia, and Ukraine through the Myiute app and local operations. Iute Group finances its operations through equity, deposits, and secured bonds listed on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Baltic Main List.
