innoscripta SE, a provider of the software platform Clusterix, announced on Tuesday that its revenue for the first half of 2026 increased by 43% year-on-year to EUR 63.1 million, with adjusted EBIT rising 49% to EUR 36.4 million. The company attributes the growth to strong demand for its R&D tax allowance services, which are supported by the German government's Forschungszulage program. The number of customers using Clusterix has grown to over 2,900.
The company has been investing in its Clusterix platform to enhance data quality and automate validation processes. According to the press release, this infrastructure is key to enabling scalable international workflows and efficient market entries. In the first half of 2026, innoscripta opened new offices in Hamburg, France, the UK, and the US, and has already signed contracts with customers in these new markets. The flexibility of Clusterix in adapting to different regulatory environments is seen as a competitive advantage.
"The successful market entries into France, the UK, and the US are a clear validation of our strategy and the scalability of our platform," said the Management Board in the release. "We are pleased with the progress and remain confident in our full-year targets."
The company confirms its guidance for 2026, expecting revenue of at least EUR 140 million and EBIT of at least EUR 80 million. This forecast assumes consistent timing of customer applications for R&D tax allowances. Detailed financial results are available in the Half-Year Report on the company's website.
innoscripta will hold a virtual earnings call today at 3:00 p.m. CEST to discuss the results. Investors can access the call via the company's website.
