Immigration Attorney Ariadne Berrios Expands Bilingual Legal Services Nationwide

The Law Offices of Ariadne Berrios has announced the expansion of its bilingual immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses across the United States. Led by attorney Ariadne C. Berrios, the firm provides strategic legal representation in removal defense, family and employment petitions, waivers, and complex appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the U.S. Courts of Appeals.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Attorney Berrios earned her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2008, following her graduation with honors from Loyola University New Orleans, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration. She has been admitted to practice before all State Courts within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C., the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Fifth, and Ninth Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

"Every immigration journey is deeply personal," said Ariadne Berrios, founding attorney. "Our role is to meet clients where they are—often in moments of uncertainty—and guide them with clear strategy, relentless advocacy, and respectful, bilingual communication. When decisions don't go our clients' way, we don't give up. We know the appellate pathways and pursue them with precision."

With offices in Las Vegas, Nevada (see Google Maps), and Puerto Rico (see Google Maps), the firm serves clients nationwide, providing personalized attention and direct bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

The firm assists clients in navigating family-based immigration, deportation defense, work authorizations, waivers, and appeals, as well as employment-based visa processes for businesses, including EB2 investor visas, L visas for intra-company transferees, P visas for artists and athletes, EB-1, EB-2, and other business visas. With more than 16 years of experience, Attorney Berrios combines deep knowledge of immigration law with a compassionate, bilingual approach that helps clients navigate complex cases with confidence and peace of mind.
