HeartBeam Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT), a medical technology company focused on transforming cardiac care, announced that it will attend the JP Morgan 2026 Annual Healthcare Conference taking place Jan. 12–15, 2026, at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. Chief Executive Officer Robert Eno and Chief Financial Officer Timothy Cruickshank will be available Jan. 12–14 for off-site meetings with investors and potential commercialization and co-development partners.
The discussions are expected to focus on the company’s recently announced 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its patented, cable-free 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) synthesis software for arrhythmia assessment. This clearance, received in December 2025, follows a prior FDA clearance in December 2024 for HeartBeam’s 3D ECG technology. The company plans a limited U.S. commercial launch of the software in Q1 2026.
The HeartBeam System is a portable non-invasive recorder that collects ECG signals in 3D from three non-coplanar directions using five electrodes, and the synthesis software converts those signals into a 12-lead ECG representation. The software is cleared for manual assessment of normal sinus rhythm and specific non-life-threatening arrhythmias, including sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, atrial premature complexes, atrial fibrillation, and ventricular premature complex. It is not intended for assessment of other arrhythmias or conditions such as myocardial infarction or ischemia.
This technology represents a significant step in portable cardiac monitoring, allowing patients to record ECG signals at home or in clinical settings without cables. The ability to synthesize a 12-lead ECG from a compact device could enable earlier detection of cardiac issues and reduce the need for in-clinic visits. For HeartBeam, the FDA clearance and upcoming conference presence are critical for forging partnerships and attracting investment to scale commercialization.
