Grand Renovations, a Metro Vancouver renovation contractor, completed 16 renovation projects in June 2026 across Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Burnaby. The projects included six kitchen renovations, seven bathroom remodels, and three full home renovation packages.
The six kitchen renovations featured custom cabinets, quartz and stone countertops, updated plumbing, electrical upgrades, lighting improvements, and interior finishing work. These were completed in homes in Kerrisdale, Lynn Valley, and Burnaby's Metrotown area.
Seven bathroom renovations were also completed, including four walk-in shower conversions in houses and strata condos. The work involved demolition, waterproofing, tile installation, plumbing fixture upgrades, vanities, mirrors, lighting, ventilation, and finishing details. Project locations included Point Grey, West Vancouver's Ambleside neighbourhood, and Burnaby's Brentwood area.
Additionally, three full home remodel packages were finished in North Vancouver's Edgemont, Vancouver's South Granville, and West Vancouver's Dundarave. These larger scopes included coordinated work across kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, painting, trim, lighting, and interior upgrades.
The projects ranged in budget from a $22,000 bathroom upgrade in a Burnaby condo to a $280,000 full home remodel in West Vancouver.
