Gemba Finance Ltd., a UK-based Authorised Payment Institution, today announced its availability on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace and Google Cloud Marketplace, offering a "Fintech-in-a-Box" solution that enables technology companies to launch fully branded banking apps in under seven minutes. This move eliminates traditional barriers such as lengthy regulatory approvals and high capital requirements, allowing software platforms, marketplaces, and digital communities to embed financial services instantly.
Gemba's "Turnkey Banking" model abstracts the complexity of compliance and banking rails, letting partners focus on product development and community growth. "We are building a global financial marketplace where every tech founder can become a fintech founder," said Alexander Legoshin, CEO of Gemba. The platform also introduces a disruptive economic model where partners can retain up to 70% of revenue on custom fees and 20% of base transaction fees, turning banking into a profit center.
The initiative is backed by institutional validation, including Gemba's selection for the JPMorgan Chase Fintech Forward Programme and recognition as a UK Government-Recommended Banking Partner. Partners operate under Gemba's FCA license (FRN: 804853), with Gemba assuming full liability for KYC, AML, and sanctions screening. Funds are safeguarded through Gemba's tier-1 correspondent banking network.
Enterprise clients can leverage existing Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC) or Google Cloud commits to procure the solution. Gemba's marketplace debut marks a significant step in democratizing fintech, enabling rapid innovation and revenue generation for non-financial businesses.
