Frontieras North America, an energy and environmental technology company, has announced the appointment of Rachael Crump to its board of directors, where she will also serve as chair of the Audit Committee. Crump, a certified public accountant with over 25 years of financial leadership experience, joins the board as the company advances the commercialization of its first FASForm(TM) facility in Mason County, West Virginia. The appointment expands the board to seven directors, four of whom are independent.
Crump currently serves as chief accounting officer of Insight Enterprises, a global technology solutions provider, where she oversees accounting, financial reporting, compliance and corporate financial planning across 19 countries. Her background includes extensive expertise in financial reporting, audit oversight, SEC compliance and corporate governance, which Frontieras said will support the company’s continued focus on disciplined execution, transparency and long-term growth.
Frontieras is commercializing its patented FASForm(TM) Solid Carbon Fractionation process, which transforms coal and other hydrocarbons into clean-burning fuels, hydrogen, industrial carbon and agricultural products.
