Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: FMST) (CSE: FAT) announced the successful completion of its 2025 diamond drill program at the 100%-owned Jean Lake Gold–Lithium Property near Snow Lake, Manitoba. The program consisted of 15 holes totaling 2,266 metres, with assays pending for 11 holes. The company also launched a strategic core re-sampling initiative aimed at enhancing the geological model by re-examining high-priority intervals from its 2023 drill campaign, including zones adjacent to notable intercepts such as 102 g/t gold in hole FM23-08.
Foremost noted that a dedicated on-site sampling crew is focusing on unsampled intervals along the Valkyrie Trend and select material from the Midas Trend to better define gold continuity and grade distribution. This effort integrates all new and historic data to inform future drilling plans. The Jean Lake property, located in the prolific Flin Flon-Snow Lake greenstone belt, has demonstrated significant gold and lithium potential, and the company is systematically advancing its understanding of the mineralized systems.
The completion of the 2025 drill program and the re-sampling initiative represent critical steps in de-risking the project and identifying high-priority targets for subsequent campaigns. Foremost is leveraging its technical expertise to maximize the value of its exploration portfolio, which also includes uranium assets in the Athabasca Basin and lithium projects across Manitoba and Quebec.
