The Foundation for Florida Gateway College has announced its third annual Giving Day Experience Auction, set to run from Monday, November 11, through Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The fundraising initiative aims to raise $140,001 to support scholarships, student programs, and campus initiatives, according to a news release.
The auction is part of the Foundation's broader Giving Day effort, which encourages alumni, friends, and supporters to contribute in three ways: direct donations, bidding on exclusive experiences, or establishing new endowments. Direct contributions can be made at www.fgc.edu/give. The online auction, hosted at atfgc.winningbidder.com/event, features a variety of items, including a flight experience with a military fighter pilot in a vintage warbird aircraft, luxurious travel vacation packages, an Ultimate Pro Sports Fan Getaway, and handcrafted goods.
For those looking to create a lasting impact, the Foundation offers matching opportunities for new endowments. Any general scholarship or general vocational scholarship endowment starting at $12,500 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, instantly becoming a $25,000 fund. Many donors choose to honor or memorialize loved ones through these gifts.
