The MOU outlines an indicative framework under which Lyken would lease, host, manage and/or otherwise make available a 128-node NVIDIA B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads, along with token optimization services and related commercial arrangements.
This development is significant for FingerMotion as it holds a 9.9% interest in Lyken, acquired in an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000 that closed on Aug. 17, 2026. The contemplated arrangement calls for an indicative five-year term, but remains subject to Lyken securing sufficient funding, execution of definitive agreements, and other conditions. Aggregate indicative revenues are to be determined and disclosed upon execution of definitive agreements.
The MOU positions Lyken to capitalize on the growing demand for AI infrastructure, particularly for inference workloads. NVIDIA's B300 chips are among the most advanced for AI processing, and the deployment of a 128-node cluster represents a substantial compute capacity. This could enable Lyken to offer high-performance AI services to Swarmnet, which may seek to leverage this for various applications.
