Six years after its founding, Fifty5 Rivers is making its most significant expansion to date with the introduction of Fifty5 Rivers Cafe, set to open this fall inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center. The new cafe represents a milestone for the Ohio-based beverage and hospitality company, which has grown from a simple passion for cold brew into a family of experiences serving the Miami Valley.
Founded in 2020 by James and Lynne Mowery, Fifty5 Rivers has operated under the guiding principles of its RIVER values—Reliability, Inspiration, Value, Education, and Respect. Those values have driven the company's growth from a production facility to a grab-and-go coffee shop and a mobile beverage service. Now, with the addition of a dine-in cafe, the company is taking another step toward its mission of creating spaces where people can connect over exceptional beverages.
Fifty5 Rivers Cafe is designed as a welcoming destination for both the public and the regional business community. It will offer the company's signature beverage lineup, food offerings, and genuine hospitality in a comfortable setting intended for conversation, collaboration, and community. Whether patrons stop in before work, enjoy lunch with colleagues, or take a break during the day, the cafe aims to foster meaningful connections.

The company's growth has been intentional, expanding through manufacturing, grab-and-go service, mobile hospitality, and wholesale. At the heart of the operation is Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, where beverages are produced at the Fairborn facility to support retail, wholesale, event operations, and community partnerships. Patrons currently enjoy these offerings at Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, the grab-and-go coffee shop inside the production facility, or aboard the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, a premium mobile beverage experience serving festivals, corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings.
The decision to open the cafe within the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center was driven by shared values.
