The ERP/CRM Software Blogs, a network of content platforms serving the Microsoft Dynamics partner ecosystem, announced today that Judy Van Der Linden has joined the team as Member Success Manager. This newly created role is designed to provide dedicated support and strengthen relationships with the growing community of Microsoft Dynamics VARs and ISVs.
Founded in 2009, the ERP/CRM Software Blogs were built on the idea of helping partners increase visibility by sharing real-world insight and expertise. As the community has grown to nearly 200 partners, maintaining a high-touch service level has become more challenging. The appointment of a Member Success Manager is a strategic response to ensure continued personalized support.

Judy Van Der Linden brings decades of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Her background includes marketing roles at Dynamics partners and work with Dynamic Communities, where she helped grow one of the most well-known partner communities. She already knows many of the blog members and understands the realities they face, from limited marketing resources to the pressure to stand out.
"Judy understands this community because she's been part of it," Ciecierski added. "She's been a member of the blogs, and she's helped build community at scale. Our members won't be starting from scratch with her—there's already trust there."
The connection between Van Der Linden and the ERP/CRM Software Blog is personal. Ciecierski and Van Der Linden have known each other for more than 20 years. "Judy was my mentor when I was first getting started," said Ciecierski. "I've always admired her integrity, her marketing expertise, and the way she genuinely cares about people. Bringing her onto the team feels like a full-circle moment and one that directly benefits our members."
As Member Success Manager, Van Der Linden will work directly with members to help them maximize their membership, understand available opportunities, and navigate the evolving content and visibility landscape. The role reflects the blog's commitment to long-term partner success through community-driven marketing.
