Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) announced a strong start to 2026, capitalizing on international success in Africa and Central America from the previous quarter. The company is accelerating growth amid global nitrogen shortages caused by Middle East conflicts, which have driven up prices for chemical fertilizers like anhydrous ammonia and urea. CEO Mark Gaalswyk stated, “With the developments in the Middle East leading to a shortage of chemical nitrogen…and escalating prices…we are prepared to meet farmer’s needs.”
EZES operates production facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida, ensuring year-round access to food waste for its Terreplenish® microbial solution. The company’s modular Easy FEN™ units, described as “Fertilizer Plant in a Box,” can each produce over 2 million gallons of liquid Terreplenish® annually using local organic waste streams. The first unit is scheduled to deploy to Africa this spring, reducing production costs while improving soil fertility and crop resilience, independent of geopolitical forces.
Field trials across three continents have yielded consistent results. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and the Congo showed substantial yield increases for multiple plant varieties. In Central America, focus on flowers, shrubs, and turf supports city beautification efforts in Panama. North American trials from Mexico to Florida have also been successful. Upcoming tests include corn, wheat, and various fruits and vegetables. Additionally, EZES aims to treat over 10,000 ash trees in the upper Midwest with Terreplenish® to combat the ash borer beetle, building on a 1,000-tree trial last summer.
The company has ramped up customer engagement through trade shows and partnerships. As a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, EZES attended Rendezvous 2026, connecting with over 800 retail outlets. An Amazon launch introduces Terreplenish® to consumers on a mass scale. At the Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, the company engaged with over 2,000 golf course directors worldwide. Participation in the U.S. Composting Council conference highlighted how Terreplenish® accelerates decomposition, increases nutrient value, and suppresses methane gas. At the World Ag Expo in California, attended by over 100,000 people from 70 countries, Terreplenish® was well-received by growers seeking organic alternatives.
Director of Business Development Bill Bliler emphasized the value of personal interaction at these events. EZES also announced it will not proceed with a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock after a comprehensive review, opting instead for an OEM supplier relationship.
