Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Terma A/S, Denmark's largest defence technology company. The MOU establishes a non-exclusive framework for future cooperation, focusing on integrating Terma radar systems into CiTech's Self-Deploying Communications Platform (Nexus platform) to explore combined defence and security applications across international markets.
Under the agreement, the companies will identify commercial opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate on demonstrations of an integrated capability for European defence and security stakeholders. Key areas of collaboration include exploring operational use cases, assessing technical integration feasibility, planning joint demonstrations, and holding periodic coordination meetings to review progress toward formal pilot or commercial agreements.
Planned demonstrations include DAIMEX BALTIC 2026 in Lithuania (12–14 May 2026), the International Drone Summit in Riga (27 May 2026), and the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Poland (8–11 September 2026).

The partnership leverages CiTech's Nexus platform, designed to provide high-capacity mobile communications and support payloads such as LTE and surveillance systems, combined with Terma's expertise in radar systems and mission-critical software. The integrated solution aims to enhance situational awareness and operational flexibility for defence and security customers in Europe and beyond.
